Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Billing inside the app (it opens the Stripe customer portal). You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account returns to trial status, so you can still view your listings but not add new ones. Your listings are never deleted when you cancel.

Refunds

If you're unhappy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email us and we'll refund that payment, no questions asked. After that, subscriptions are not refunded for the current period, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Account and data requests

To delete your account and all of its data, or to get a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
